Story Plot:
Deva, also known as Cutout, fondly called by children, lives near a coal mine with his mother in the remote village of Tinsukia in Assam. For the last seven years, they have moved from place to place, with his mother keeping a stringent watch on Deva, shielding him from violence. Working as a mechanic, Deva is docile and minds his own business until Aadhya, who is in danger from Obulamma, is brought into the mix by Billal for refuge.
